Debbie Mundy of AMC Plumbing and heating in Plumbsteadville PA was set to leave work when she received the call. “We have been on the Tracepoint system for about 2 years. We normally use it to help find the closest plumber to emergencies, check on safe driving habits, and verify time cards against what the system is telling us. We cut almost all our overtime down by being more efficient with the guys” Mundy said.

On this particular day, Mundy had received a phone call from one of her plumbers that his van had been stolen. “Luckily, it was one of the vans we had the system running in” according to Mundy. We watched the truck until the ignition was turned off and it had been idle for a while. “My partner and I grabbed the spare keys and drove up to it location in a parking lot. Hopped in the van and drove it back to the office.
